Since this was my first trip through the Everglades, I really didn't
know what to expect.
I did know that I didn't want to travel 900+ miles and not see any
alligators.
"Gator Park" was about 12 miles from the start of the Tamiami Trail
and looked promising.
These are the pictures I took of a few small caged alligators.
Content that I had finally seen some gators - I packed up the camera and pointed the bike West. Not 2 minutes after the "Gator Park" I saw my first "free" alligator in the water just off the side of the road (that picture is on a roll not yet developed) and for the next 80 miles there were more gators than I could count sunning themselves by the side of the road.
